Every effort is made to accommodate same day delivery requests if order is received by noon in the recipients time zone, however we guarantee delivery the next business day.  Do not order online if you need an AM or time specific delivery, please call us directly and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Sunday and Holiday deliveries are not available.  International orders must be placed by telephone. 

All containers are subject to availability.  In the event an item is unavailable we make every attempt to contact you for instructions.  If you would like, you may include a second choice in the comments section of the order form. 

If we are unable to contact you in a timely manner we reserve the right to arrange a substitution of equal value.  We make every effort to use the flowers and containers shown, however, substitution may be necessary.  In the event substitutions are made the look of the arrangement will be maintained with flowers and containers of equal value. 

Your credit card is not charged online, only when we process the order in our shop.  Sales Tax of 7% will be added to each order. 

You may receive occasional emails from us offering advance notice of specials.  Your information will NEVER be sold or shared with any outside company.
